why this works
There are moments in life when you hit an inflection point. You wonder: What am I doing and why? How do I adjust my path? Am I aligned with what truly matters to me? Using the challenges and beauty of nature, this 2 day retreat offers a transformative pause, fostering deep, lasting change.
Nature helps your brain work differently, clearing the fog and unlocking new perspectives. Studies show that time in nature restores mental energy, reduces stress, and enhances creativity. Away from the daily grind, your thinking becomes clearer, your perspective broader. In nature, everything is connected - just like in your work and life. As we observe the natural world - whether it's a muddy path or a clear horizon - we tap into powerful metaphors that help you navigate your own challenges. Once you find that clarity, we’ll work together to execute your vision effectively, ensuring your new direction becomes a lasting success. Ready to make it happen?
nature + leadership + Coaching
Experience the power of nature for leadership growth
Is Executive coaching right for you?
01
You’re seeking a confidential, risk free space to reflect on, challenge, and refine your identity and leadership style, and honestly explore your potential barriers - a space that’s rarely available once you reach a certain level of leadership.
03
The tension between external expectations and personal authenticity can feel relentless. You're ready to explore what the structures, systems and relationships in your life expect of you, and how you might most authentically lead within those.
02
You understand that real impact comes from exploring both the personal and professional aspects of yourself as well as the broader systems and structures within which you operate. Are you ready to commit to this holistic systemic approach?
04
You have the courage and vulnerability to look at the hard questions. Most importantly, you're willing to experiment and take responsibility for turning insights into tangible action, recognising that leadership is a journey, not a static state.

The retreat takes place in Unterägeri, Switzerland, near Zug train station and Zürich airport. You'll receive detailed travel directions and hotel recommendations, or enjoy complimentary accommodation in our guest room, with breakfast tailored to your dietary needs.
Executive Coaching
Pause and go deep before leaping into action. We’ll walk and talk outdoors, pausing for reflection, journalling, and body-based exercises for deeper assimilation. Open to all fitness levels. Day 1 typically runs from 1-4 pm, and Day 2 from 10 am to 4 pm.
Pre-retreat preparation
Kickstart your thinking and prepare for our time together with your Let's Get Started workbook. If your company sponsors the coaching, I will meet with HR or your manager and schedule a 3-way objective setting meeting.

What types of clients do you typically work with?I work with a diverse range of clients, from C-suite executives and entrepreneurs to high potentials, managers, and coaches. My clients are often navigating transitions, seeking personal growth, or aiming to enhance their leadership skills. If you resonate with my approach but don’t fit neatly into one of these categories, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll explore if we’re a good fit.
-
What is your area of specialty?I specialise in helping leaders and entrepreneurs navigate uncertainty, complexity, and transitions. Whether it’s stepping into a new role, managing a team, or pivoting your business, I provide the support and tools you need to thrive. I also work with high potentials and coaches looking to sharpen their skills and impact.
-
How do I know you're the right coach for me?Coaching is a personal relationship, so feeling a connection is key. If what you’ve read resonates with you, let’s have an initial conversation to see if we’re a good fit.
-
How would you describe your approach? My approach is relational, systemic, and experiential. I believe profound impact requires us to look at the whole person—both personal and professional. Through deep listening and strategic questioning, I help you gain clarity and take meaningful action. Together, we’ll look at the beliefs and patterns that shape your life, pushing you to step out of your comfort zone and embrace uncertainty. This journey requires curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and a commitment to take responsibility for your growth. If this sounds like the kind of partnership you’re looking for, we might just be a match!

-
What are the benefits of coaching in nature?Time outdoors transforms our memory, imagination and logic. The natural environment often allows for deeper reflection that enhances the coaching experience. Click here to learn more.
-
Do you offer online coaching sessions?Yes! You can book a coaching package of 6 or 12 online sessions with me or one of our network coaches. This allows you to get the full benefit of coaching from wherever you are.
-
Do you offer in-person coaching sessions?Yes! In addition to online sessions, I offer in-person coaching at my office in Unterägeri (Switzerland). If you prefer a more immersive experience, my retreats in nature might just be the right thing, providing a peaceful setting for deep reflection and transformation.
-
What is the length of a session?A standard session is 55 minutes, but it really depends on your needs. Some clients prefer 30-minute power sessions, while others go for a 2-day deep dive retreat in the mountains. The duration is flexible and tailored to what works best for you.
-
How often should I have coaching sessions? The frequency of sessions depends on your goals and needs. Some clients prefer weekly sessions to maintain momentum, while others opt for bi-weekly or monthly sessions. We’ll work together to find the rhythm that works best for you, ensuring you have enough time to apply what we discuss in each session.
-
I want to have one session only. Is this possible?Absolutely. If you’re trying coaching for the first time and want to dip your toes in, you can book a one-off deep dive session that lasts 90 minutes. We can meet online or at my office in Unterägeri—whichever works best for you. As past client you’re welcome to book ad hoc "top-up" sessions anytime for a quick boost. Since we know each other well, one session is often enough to unblock a challenge or provide that nudge you need.
-
How is coaching different from mentoring or therapy?Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. While therapy often dives into past experiences to resolve emotional issues, and mentoring involves guidance based on someone else’s experience, coaching is about empowering you to find your own answers and take meaningful action towards your goals. It’s a partnership where we work together to unlock your potential.
-
How can I make the most of my coaching sessions?Be open, honest, and ready to engage. The more you bring to the table—whether it’s challenges, goals, or insights—the more you’ll get out of it. Reflection and experimentation between sessions is key, too. Think about what we’ve discussed and how you can apply it in your life. And don’t be afraid to ask questions or adjust our focus as you evolve.
-
What happens if coaching is not for me?Coaching isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. If after our first session you feel that coaching isn’t for you, that’s perfectly fine. No hard feelings! I’ll happily guide you toward other resources or professionals that might be a better fit for your needs.
-
What is your cancellation policy?Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, let me know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll find another time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged, depending on the circumstances.
-
How do I get started with coaching? The first step is to schedule a discovery call. This gives us both a chance to explore your goals, discuss how coaching works, and see if we’re a good fit. From there, we can create a plan tailored to your needs, whether it’s a single session, a package, or something more customised.
